DATA WAY PRIZE DRAW OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The Data Way Prize Draw is sponsored and administered by 102195598 Saskatchewan Ltd., operating as Data Way Solutions (“Data Way”). Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is not a sponsor or administrator of the Prize Draw.
2. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to registered attendees of the Hospitality Investment Summit Tradeshow who are legal residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Owners, employees, representatives, and booth workers of Data Way; organizers of the Hospitality Investment Summit Tradeshow; and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The Prize Draw opens at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 23, 2026, and closes at 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 23, 2026.
The Prize Draw will take place during the Hospitality Investment Summit Tradeshow at the Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
Eligible entrants may enter by completing and submitting the Data Way Prize Draw form during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, submitted outside the Entry Period, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One prize will be awarded consisting of a Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa gift card with a value of $250 CAD.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to the normal terms and conditions applicable to the gift card. Data Way will not replace a gift card that is lost or stolen after it has been delivered to the confirmed winner.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
At approximately 4:45 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 23, 2026, Data Way will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner does not need to be present when the draw takes place. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Confirmation
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
Be confirmed as eligible under these Official Rules;
Correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question; and
Respond to Data Way within five business days after the first attempted notification.
Data Way will attempt to contact the selected entrant using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business days, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, that entrant will be disqualified and Data Way may randomly select another potential winner.
8. Prize Delivery
If the confirmed winner is present at the tradeshow, Data Way may provide the prize in person. Otherwise, Data Way will arrange to send the prize to the confirmed winner using a tracked delivery service within Canada. The winner may be required to provide a Canadian mailing address for this purpose.
9. Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Prize Draw will be used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant, award the prize, and maintain records reasonably required for the administration of the Prize Draw.
Prize Draw information will be retained for up to 90 days following confirmation and delivery of the prize and will then be deleted, except where longer retention is reasonably required by law or for resolving a dispute.
Information belonging to an entrant who separately asks Data Way to contact them or expressly consents to receive marketing communications may be retained and used for those separate purposes. Entering the Prize Draw does not require an entrant to consent to marketing communications.

10. General Conditions
Data Way may disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the operation of the Prize Draw, submits false information, obtains more than one entry, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Data Way may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Prize Draw if fraud, technical failure, human error, or another circumstance beyond its reasonable control affects the fairness or proper administration of the Prize Draw. If reasonably possible, Data Way will select the winner from eligible entries received before the affected time.
Data Way’s decisions concerning the administration of the Prize Draw are final, subject to applicable law.
11. Acceptance of Rules
By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these Official Rules.
